Regulation and Licensing

AAS holds an Australian Financial Services (AFSL) and is authorised and regulated by the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC) to conduct financial services business within Australia. An AFSLs is a requirement of every business providing financial services in Australia and it imposes strict ongoing obligations on licensees to ensure they are competent to carry out financial services business.
